On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen, a cosy dining area with a sitting area around the wood fire, a music system, a seventh bedroom accessible for wheelchair users, a bathroom accessible for wheelchair users, some toilets and an extra shower.
The fitted kitchen includes all appliances, plates, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans for 40 people. There is direct access to the terrace from the dining area. The kitchen has an area of 13m², the dining and living area has an area of 73m².
